The APNO Continuing Education/Programs Committee shall be responsible for developing quality educational programs to be brought to the general membership. Additionally the committee shall be responsible for arranging meeting sites for membership meetings. APNO is approved as an event provider of continuing education in nursing by the Missouri Nurses Association which is credentialed as an approver of continuing education in nursing by the American Nurses' Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. It is chaired by the President Elect, Melissa Dixon. She is responsible for maintaining the organization's affiliation with the Missouri Nurses Association to provide continuing education credit to participants of our annual conference. Each monthly progrm is held on the 2nd Tuesday of each month except October. Please direct any questions about the monthly meetings to her at mddrn@sbcglobal.net.

The APNO Conference Planning Committee is responsible for coordinating the annual educational conference. The committee is chaired by Kim McGinn-Perryman. The conference is held annually in October at the Chateau on the Lake in Branson, MO. Please direct any questions about the annual conference to conference@apno.net.
Scholarships
APNO offers financial aid to students in a graduate level advanced practice program in Missouri. See the attached forms which include an application and forms for letters of support. Scholarships are awarded at our annual conference in October.
