APN's: Caring Cradle to Grave
The 2015 APN's: Caring Cradle to Grave was a huge success with close to 500 attendees! Save the date for 2016, when we return to the Chateau on the Lake November 10-12th. Registration will open in the late spring, so keep checking back!
To receive your continuing education credits, you will need to complete the evaluation for each session you attended. By claiming credit for a session, you are attesting that you attended at least 80% of the session. Please use your email and password to log in to the Attendee Service Center and the link below:
After you login, you will see a list of all your scanned sessions.
Follow the instructions listed to complete an evaluation for each session you attended. If you do not evaluate a session, you will not receive credit. And remember, if you were not present to be scanned into a particular session, you will not receive an evaluation for that session.
Once all evaluations are completed, click on CEU Certificate to print your certificate.
The conference offers a total of 19.5 contact hours when you attended three Thursday sessions, all Friday and Saturday sessions, and the Friday evening poster presentations. The preconference and conference offered a total of 13 pharmacology continuing education contact hours which will be identified on your CE certificate. To receive a certificate of attendance and successful completion for contact hours, the participant must attend 80 percent of the scheduled session, complete all program requirements, and complete a program evaluation.
