Membership in Advanced Practice Nurses of the Ozarks is open to all Advanced Practice Nurses such as NP's, CNS's, CNM's, and CRNA's. Applications are available, and dues are $50 per year, payable upon joining the organization and January 1 each year. Dues paid January through September are applied to the current year, and after October 1 are applied to the following year.  Membership dues for associate members (students and retired advanced practice nurses) will be $25 per year.  Associate members are not allowed to vote or receive CEUs.  If you have questions about your APNO membership, please direct questions to Sarah Jones at sjonesnp@gmail.com.

Each member receives the following benefits:

•Access to networking opportunities-with other area Advanced Practice Nurses.

• Monthly educational programs-sometimes sponsored by a pharmaceutical company in conjunction with a dinner. Programs cover a wide range of topics from Pediatrics to Geriatrics, as well as specialty clinical topics such as Nephrology, Cardiology, Orthopedics, Rheumatology, Psychiatry etc.  

• Opportunities for professional development -through public relations and marketing.

• Involvement in community- such as awarding of scholarships and volunteerism.
