CALL FOR ABSTRACTS
for presentations to be featured at our annual Conference,
October 2-4, 2008
Chateau on the Lake
Branson, Missouri
Now accepting abstracts for quantitative and qualitative research appropriate to use by advanced practice and/or clinical nurse specialists. Research may be completed or planned, by student nurses (graduate or undergraduate), or by advanced practice nurses in any discipline.
Requirements
1. Abstract length of 1 single-spaced page in 12-point font.
2. Abstract should include:
- Background
- Significance
- Methods
- Results
- Discussion
3. CV for each contributor.
4. Received by September 1, 2008 via email at address below.
Qualitative
1. Abstract length of 1 single-space page in 12-point font.
2. Abstract should include:
- Background
- Significance
- Theoretical Framework
- Results
- Discussion
3. CV for each contributor.

Please submit abstracts by September 1, 2008 to:
Anita Evangelista, Poster Committee, (admin@basiccareclinic.com). All submissions will be acknowledged within 5 days of receipt, and accepted or declined by September 3, 2008. One representative for each accepted poster abstract should plan to attend the Conference on the afternoon of Friday October 3, 2008 for the poster session. One representative for each accepted poster may attend the conference for a reduced fee of $75 (covers attendance at all regular conference sessions and includes meals; attendee will provide for own room arrangements, transportation or other expenses. Attendence at optional preconferences will require additional registration fees at regular attendee rate).
