How do I register?

Early registration is encouraged. Registration fee includes syllabus material, breakfast Friday and Saturday and lunch on Friday. Credit cards can now be accepted through our online registration. A full refund of the registration fee, less a $50 administrative fee, will be granted if the cancellation is made on or before September 2, 2008. Confirmation notices will be sent by mail. APNO reserves the right to substitute a qualified speaker or change the conference agenda as needed. APNO reserves the right to cancel this conference and return all registration fees. The liability of APNO is limited to the course fee. APNO will not be responsible for any losses incurred by registrants including, but not limited to, airline cancellation charges or hotel deposits.
Out of courtesy to participants, infants and children may not attend conference educational sessions. Payment of an additional guest fee will allow guests to participate in all meals and breaks. No partial guest fees allowed.
